It is always intimidating going into a collision repair. Paul was very honest and clearly exceeded my expectations for service. The right side of my car looked as though it was beyond repair, but when I got my car back not only did it look like new but it was detailed inside and out. Great job Auto Crafters! Thank you Paul! Company was suppose to fix my daughters sunroof. Still leaked after "fixed". Took it back within 30 days and they wouldnt guarantee the work and wanted us to pay again. Finally got them to look at it and they claimed the hardware was broken and would be over \$350 to fix. Asked them just to seal the sunroof up completely. Three days later - it rains and shes still getting wet! Took the car to Joes Body Shop in Morrice to have it looked at. I took my truck to Auto Crafters and had nerf bars installed. Pricing was great and didnt charge for the install of the bars. The staff was very courteous, and it only took a half an hour. The bars look great. I would definetely recommend them, and I will be going back.
Absolutely HORRIBLE. They sell and "install" equipment, but they have no idea what they are doing. They installed equipment on our vehicle but it never worked correctly. After multiple trips, we asked for our money back. They told us that they wouldnt give it to us. They said they merely sell the stuff and install it and that if there were problems - that was our problem - not theirs. I took my truck to Paul for a new windshield, he fixed my passenger door that had not worked for months, with the \$100 off deal plus fixing my door he didnt charge me a dime what a great guy!! I will never consider anyone else to work on my autos other than Autocrafters in Owosso!!
I just had my right fender repaired at Auto Crafters, and I decided to put new running boards and a spray in bed liner on my truck! The job looks great! I am very pleased with there work and skill!
Fantastic! I took my brand new car there after I ran into a deer. The staff took care of everything for me and even detailed my car when it was finished.
