They were fantastic and understanding throughout the whole process. I've never been treated better than from what I've experienced at Crash Champions in Daphne. Would definitely recommend and would definitely go back if I ever need to!
I would give this place 10 stars if I could! I paid out of pocket for my repairs and everyone was very helpful and talked me all the way thru the process. From getting the quote as cheap as they could to keeping me up to date on what they were doing. The manager, Kyle, was amazing and super helpful! He worked with me on scheduling, payments, and even found that my estimate had a few extra things that could be taken off my overall payment. Kim, Darian and Kyle are wonderful!! Great experience! They got the estimate completed quickly and got the work started and completed quickly as well!! The communication from them throughout the process was AMAZING!! The repair work and paint job are EXCELLENT!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE FOLKS!!!
They went above and beyond. The got my car in and got it fixed right away. Darian handled everything for me and she was friendly and overall a great experience.
