I have had to misfortune to require Auto Craft's services on several occasions over the past few years. The quality of repair has always been first rate, the repairs were always completed when promised and the staff has been consistently friendly and helpful.

I recently brought my Pontiac Montana van in with a leak in the back hatch. You fixed it in very short order. You also made it easy for me to get to work with a courtesy ride back. In a time and day when it seems everyone wants to get paid for every single thing they do, I was in disbelief that you chose not to charge me. I work in an environment where each penny counts, where every minute is charged. And I think sometimes we forget that it's okay to be nice!!!

I want to let you know how impressed I was with your staff and facilities when I stayed on 7/13 for an estimate to repair a bumper dent on our van. Everyone was pleasant and your waiting area impeccably clean. I was absolutely astonished when Dana said she would see if your technicians could "pop" the dent - even more so when she said there would be no charge. After our car hit while parked in a parking lot ~ Auto Craft, Inc. repaired the damage and even though it is 2008 Toyota Camry, they did an Amazing job fixing our car and matching the paint. I wouldn t take my car anywhere else for collision repairs. Thank you Auto Craft
