We are a small local shop located in the northwest end of Guelph. Auto Cool has been in business for 30 years and at the current location since 2002. Although we are known for our A/C service, we are a fully operational automotive shop. Oil changes, tire sales, installation, steering, suspension, brakes etc.. Nothing is too big for us to tackle. We take pride in our work and making our customers happy.

Good A/C service. My dealer troubleshot my malfunctional A/C, saying compressor damaged and quoted $2000 for material. I sent my car to Auto Cool and got repaired, total price around $200. compressor has nothing wrong. This service happened last May. Professional and Honest.
Had heating and A/C issues on my Chev Trax, and Auto Cool was able to immediately diagnose and perform entire radiator, reservoir and coolant replacement (due to rad leak). The quote and service required were clearly explained with no surprises. Modern shop with excellent customer service at reasonable prices and all performed with minimal delay. Kudos to Joe and team for the great experience. Highly recommend.
We unfortunately didn't have the best experience at Auto Cool. We were referred to them by our mechanic and booked in for a service well in advance. We dropped off the car and everything was fine, however when we went to pick the car up and we asked if the issue had been fixed, Joe said the issue was never communicated to him and he was extremely flippant toward us. Joe helped me out today doing an A/C leak test and recharge on my Jeep Renegade. Very reasonable labour charge, and very fast work. Honest, affordable and fast! Will come back again for future repairs, thanks!
