My first time around was okay, the second time around they gave me a car with issues from the moment it left the lot. They knew the car had issues and acted oblivious. Every mechanic told me that the car dealership and BMW told us that the dealer should never touch this car again. You can always count on getting a good car and price. The owner and the mechanic their great, they will make sure that you're taken care of. Just be straight up and be honest. In my opinion their understanding and will work with you, in any situation within their power.
AVOID THIS BUSINESS BY ANY MEANS when purchasing a vehicle. I did in-house financing twice, the first time was a breeze… however, the first time was prior to COVID. The second time was in Spring 2022, due to circumstances of the effect Covid had on the economy and shipping there was fewer options as far as cars to choose from, went along with a 2014 Ford Focus for $12k.
