I can not give a rating. My experience with this company was horrible in every capacity. I have video footage and I have never been granted an audience with the owner even though I requested it several times. I have had issues with this vehicle from the start. I feel this company preys on consumers who have credit problems. Very rude and I was warned by a previous employee that they are prejudice and I have been collecting documentation from other buyers whom have the same if not worse degree of issues .
