Terrible customer service. I called and called about a vehicle I was interested in for over two weeks. They never got back to me, I had to call from a new number in order to reach them then they would hurry me off the phone saying they would get me the info I requested. Never got anything from them. After telling them I wanted to meet with them in person I was returned with a call saying they had been working with someone that got to them before me and the vehicle was sold. What a waste of time. Lithia is amazing but I asked for a year! Find me this car. I don't care how much!! Never got a call back. I called! They couldn't help me. Auto connection did. Love you guys. And cheap with a 2 percent rate. And a 260 dollar a month payment. 5 months later still happy. Amazing!
After putting down a $500 payment and giving them my Subaru, I got a '99 Avenger and the entire drivetrain fell apart a month later. I took the car back less than a week after having it because it severely vibrated every time I used my brakes and I felt popping under the gas pedal, and their mechanics looked at it and assured me the car was in perfect condition.
