It was a pleasure dealing with Mr Rick. He's an easy to work with, old school, (in a good way) car dealer. We had a little issue with the paperwork, but he was quick to resolve it. Buying a car is rarely a perfect transaction, but he was responsive and helpful, which is what really matters. Now as for the vehicle, was it perfect?
