Unprofessional dealership I purchased a used vehicle from auto concepts on 8/16/2020. To start, the salesman was exactly what you would expect from a used car salesmen, lots of promises and zero delivery. He promised me they would mail me my documents and title. I immediately had issues with the vehicle. With the A/c running heat would randomly turn on and not shut off and then shortly after another issue with my head lights.
