Been nearly three weeks and still haven't gotten an estimate back on my car. I called them and they said they'd get back to me. Used their contact form on their website too so they had a record of it. I got to listen to them encourage me to use them of who my insurance was requesting me to use. I understand they are busy, but if they are that short on help then they need to do something about that. It doesn't take but a couple of minutes a customer to shoot out an email or call and let you know where you're at in the queue.
They were able to tackle a tricky and labor intensive headliner repair for a reasonable price. I appreciated the quick turnaround time and full transparency from everyone. Thanks again guys!
Joe was lovely to work with throughout the whole process of getting some scratches and denting fixed. The pricing was the best in area and work was completed by the agreed time. Really happy with the quality of the fix!
They did amazing work on a dent/scratch on my rocker panel. It is like it never happened! Price was also the lowest of anyone in the area. I can't recommend them enough.
Auto Color did an EXCELLENT job on my car. Joe was great to work with. He knows the business and was very friendly. And I thought his price was very fair. I was shocked when I looked at my car after the repair and could not notice where it had been damaged. I hope I won't need their services in the future, but if I do, Auto Color is where I will go.
