I can't believe how well they deal with my car exterior problems. I try to keep my cars in mint condition and they do an excellent high quality job. would you believe at a very reasonable rate compared to others. I have referred others to them and they are thankful for me cluing them in on the place after they see the results and price. If not an insurance claim cost counts and its the best place to go.
I have taken my autos (including several when my kids were teens :-)) to Autocolor for years. I have nothing but great things to say about this company. Reasonable, responsive, and very professional. I have always been happy with the results. Awesome work and I know it has saved me buckets of money throughout the years. I recently moved to the Twin Cities but will still use Autocolor whenever the need arises and I am in town.
Did a fabulous job on my car and offered affordable solutions. The zimbrick auto body shop told me I had to replace my entire bumper “cuz you’ll never know what we find when we take the bumper off to paint it” (I had a few scratches on my bumper and no accident). Would go here again in a heartbeat! Before and after!
When I picked up my car, there was chewing gum on the grille, and wax remnants on the vehicle. We paid for a wash and wax after dent repair. Of course they denied placing the gum. However, wouldn't that have been found after or during the wash if they didn't put it there?
GOING IN MONDAY 7/17/17 FOR MY SUMMER DETAILING . THIS WILL BE MY THIRD DETAILING BY AUTO COLOR . THE SECOND TIME I ALSO HAD SOME TREE BRANCH SCRATCHES REPAIRED . MY BLACK SEDAN ALWAYS LOOKS FANTASTIC WHEN AUTO COLOR RETURNS THE KEYS .
**UPDATE: I am changing my 1 star review to a 4 star because of auto colors resolution to the problem. They called and offered to redo the services including paying for a car rental to be used. They did a very good job the second time around and had they done this well the first time around, I'd be giving them a full 5 stars.** Very disappointed in my interior/exterior detail and full body scratch reduction.
