Came in today to get preliminary quote and have car repaired when ready to do so. Receptionist confirms the preliminary quote is the right step to take and someone will help me shortly. An hour later, I get Jasmine who is the estimator, right of the top jasmine is rude, doesn’t even use any salutation and quote on quote says “let’s go look at your car” as we approach the car she asks if I have a quote from the insurance because her quote will do no good to the insurance unless I already have one from them. Very satisfied with the services. They were on top of everything, I didn’t have to struggle at all. ACG communicated directly with my insurance and were very good with keeping me updated throughout the whole repair stages. My car feels good as new.
