I own a 2025 Porsche Boxster GTS in January 2025, I was rear ended. Based on Porsche Long Beach’s recommendation, I brought my vehicle to Auto Collision Group for the repairs. Came in today to get preliminary quote and have car repaired when ready to do so. Receptionist confirms the preliminary quote is the right step to take and someone will help me shortly. An hour later, I get Jasmine who is the estimator, right of the top jasmine is rude, doesn’t even use any salutation and quote on quote says “let’s go look at your car” as we approach the car she asks if I have a quote from the insurance because her quote will do no good to the insurance unless I already have one from them. I had a terrible accident in the freeway. I contacted the dealership who referred me to Walter from ACG. He was excellent and gave me peace of mind. Very knowledgeable and walk me through the entire process. The body shop in Covina has very Knowledgeable staff. Overall turned a bad Accident experience into a better one. ACG has a beautiful lobby. Walter assisted me with filing two claims. He is very knowledgeable and takes his time explaining the process. This body shop in Santa Ana has excellent service! Don’t think twice ask for Walter. He will take care of everything for you.
Very satisfied with the services. They were on top of everything, I didn’t have to struggle at all. ACG communicated directly with my insurance and were very good with keeping me updated throughout the whole repair stages. My car feels good as new. Angie and Jocelyn were very professional and kind, the whole staff was very helpful. Top of the line service, I highly recommend.
