you're kidding these reviews must be hoax, I first dealing with them I had to go back three times because the side trim on my door they couldn't put it on properly until it jammed my rear door Now it's even worse just got my car back after replacing a rear door and the locks don't work not even manually and a 2 inch drain plug is missing. Trust me they don't have customer service it's abysmal… There truly is none Do not take your car here you'll end up writing a review
