Auto Collision has done an incredible job for our family for decades. First class operation all the way! I just wish that my kids would quit backing into poles!
Elbert and his family have been a fixture in Rome for many years. They do exceptional work. This customer that had a problem has some learning to do. These days cars have paint that is provided to the manufacturers by several different suppliers. Most body shops have chips and readers to correctly match paint. It's not easy if you want it right. To do this properly would easily take over an hour, and that's not cheap to do. My advice to this customer would be to go to one of the big box auto parts retailers and pay six bucks... read more
I called at 5:10 to inquire regarding "touch-up" paint and the process to match the color to purchase the paint. I was told to come in on Monday as "HE" isn;t here right now. I said okay let me ask a quick question how much is touch up paint. The lady who answered the phone said "It is according to how much you need".
