The communication is awful. I didn't get good service at all! The vehicle i purchased didn't have the thing that needed to be taken care of that auto collection of Murfreesboro said that they would take care of! I had a horrible experience I'll never do business with this place ever!!!
I have serious doubts about their competence as mechanics, as my experience with them was not very positive. They returned the part, claiming it was defective, which was actually not the case. It is worth mentioning that they did not take the care to properly pack the item, and FedEx was unable to deliver it because it fell apart during transit. I am uncertain whether they actually sent my part or a different one altogether. After this experience, I would not consider approaching this place again.
Great service team that took care of me in a bind. Trustworthy mechanics are worth their weight in gold!
