Formerly known as the California Speedway, the Auto Club Speedway hosts some of the biggest car and bike races in the world, including the Superbike 100K, Historic Sports Car Festival, California 100 and Toyota Indy 400. Set up in the year 1997, it also plays venue to the NASCAR races held in this part of the state. The 2-mile (3.2-kilometer) D-shaped track sits below the 36,030-seat upper grandstand and the 42,490-seat lower grandstand. The action moves fast here, so don't wait to cruise in.

This was an awesome experience! Never having been to the racetrack before, riding in the pace car exceeded my expectations. It would be even better if I could ride in an actual race car and zoom even faster.

Nice facility, but not a very good spectator track, especially for motorcycles.

Great track, like to go with my Kids and my GrandKids.
I have been here countless times. This was my last year. Security in the stands doesn't exist. Smoking continually in the stands including pot. You tell me how a high school age student can handle security.
Made my first trip to Auto Club Speedway this year to attend my second-ever NASCAR race weekend (last one was the spring race at Phoenix in 2007). Plenty of good parking areas, the vendors for both the track and businesses were friendly/helpful, and the facility is pretty awesome! Enjoyed all three days I spent at the track watching the various NASCAR practices, qualifying, and races that took place. The racing was fantastic!
