Great mechanics! Very thorough and skilled.
Everyone was very nice while I was there, however the work that was done didn’t even last 30 minutes after telling me it was good enough to drive 2 hrs back home. I was there for 6+ hours waiting with my child. After they did the “work” my car broke down in the middle of the high way at night to where I was stuck for HOURS with my child before I could get someone to help me. Absolutely unprofessional and unreliable. My girlfriend had her car serviced here 2-3 days ago for over 6 hours, and they assured her the vehicle was safe to drive for a 2-hour trip home. Not even 30 minutes into the drive, the car broke down on the highway, leaving her stranded in a dangerous situation. On top of that, they repeatedly ignored her phone calls and messages(left on read literally) when she needed immediate assistance — a complete failure of customer service in a time of need.
