I got work done a 1.5 week ago and was recommended by a colleague to come here and got brake pads put on feeling my issue would get addressed yet yesterday out of nowhere on the highway my car didn't accelerate despite being in drive mode and I had to wait 7 hours for tow truck to get my car towed back to the shop. I've used this shop a few times and they always do a great job. But the last time I took my truck here for an emissions test failure, they told me that it needed an oxygen sensor, and I let them replace it. I took my truck for an emission retest, and it failed. I'm not going back to this shop again.
