Veary fun and up beat full of entuziasm class I like how Mark share lots of knowledge with interesting way to present to us on how to properly handel costumers from inbounds and outbound calls in BDC and much more valuable information . The booklets I received with notes are helpful too with lots if information on internet sales. .Definitely this class will make you a better BDC rep . Worth your time and I strongly recommend .
Awesome training. Learned a lot ! Definitely earned a 5 star from me! There was so much information given and I feel it is going to help me so much in not just BDC sales, but Car sales as well! I feel that if I go over the format given.. I will become successful in the Car Dealership Industry and learn to grow... I have known Mark for almost 3 years. We have collaborated on projects in the past. He helped me develop myself as a professional trainer and consultant. I still look up to him as one of many of my mentors. He is the best phone trainer that I have ever witnessed because he knows how to light up a room with his positive energy and engaging manner. He can relate to people and that is why I think he is great.
