Absolutely horrible. If you’re wanting to pay $10 to have the weather stripping around your windshield torn off and your vehicle still be filthy, this is the place for you. I absolutely love this car wash! But the last couple of times I came the tire shine on the passenger side is not spraying on the tires! I asked one of the workers, and all he said is that the spayer was broken. So then I asked if y'all had some in a regular bottle for me to spray and he said no.....WOW, please do better, y'all could at least let customers know when things are broken or not working. So this is my normal car wash I go to at least once a week to wash my suburban usually get the $16 car wash today I decided to get the $13 so I first noticed the guys Was barely spraying my truck off to get any excess dirt and debris off so I get out the truck to dry the windows and I look at the side of the truck and it still has mud I’m both sides of the truck And dead bugs on the front bumper and hood I go up there and asked the guy for the bug scrubber so I could just take it off with no big deal he said sorry sir we don... read more
Before the wash, the guys barely sprayed the front of our truck. When driving away there was still soap covering the truck that was not rinsed off.
Tears up something on your car EVERYTIME you go through it. The owner will refuse to pay and offer you some free car washes, like you’d ever want to go through it again. Not only has it happened to me, but almost everyone I know who has been through it has problems with their vehicle.
