Bought a 2019 Pathfinder, wasn't informed that the finance price would be higher than the price listed online. That's on me, I should have looked. The car now needs a new engine/timing chains. Needed new tires, brakes, wipers. Sure, the warranty would have helped. However, it doesn't look like any recon or maintenance was done to it at all and now I have a 20k paper weight in my driveway. Ryan and Jenny were amazing! The process was stressfree and so easy, especially for a first time car buyer. My vehicle even ended up being delivered three days faster than estimated. They made out of state shopping a breeze!
Never had a better car buying experience in my life and I've had to do it plenty of times. I'm probably one of their worst case scenarios and they made it happen gracefully like som Champs and treated me with respect and dignity throughout the whole thing. I can't say enough they saved the day here and literally leveled me up and altered the course of my life.. thanks to every one up there especially Mr Ryan Tucker and the lady's in the finance dept Tracy and Jenny.
