When I first arrived there was no where to park. Parking is tight there and there was some work being done on the building so I simply called and the manger came outside and showed me the most idea spot. He introduced himself and it all seemed very pleasant. Once inside he introduced me to the sales person I was going to work with. My mom was told they were looking at the car for her (service) and they sold the car to someone else while she waited for it. They literally put the tags on it for the other buyer while she was sitting in the lobby after having waited and communicated with them all day.
