Came here and bought my Nissan and Matt was very helpful and the cars were clean and well presented. He even washed the car again for me prior to pickup. Vitas the general manager also came out and chatted with us and he was very nice too

ASK FOR MATT This place has some of the best prices on cars anywhere dog !!! They even hooked me up with in house finance and my credit was jacked.
Went to auto city yesterday, started off at the Chesapeake shop and purchased a car from them!! The car was in EXCELLENT condition! Had 35k miles and was a 2013, can’t get any better than that right? The staff were awesome! Very professional and kind, made it an extremely present experience. If you want a car with no added bull**** go here! Way better prices than the used car dealerships, pull up full records of the car, and make sure you leave happy!!
The Worst Customer Service EVER!! I came inside the store to purchase a car and they never told me if I got approved or not, when I called them back to see what was going on the man from the office hung up on me and I find that very rude and professional I would to speak to the person who's in charge and I am not letting this go.
