I am extremely disappointed in the customer service I received today. We have had 6 car starters installed in various vehicles (ours and families) in the past 4 years and I went in to pay and get the keys to my daughters vehicle and I was informed that I couldn’t take the keys I would have to leave with the vehicle right away. I explained I just left my first job to pay them get keys, go to my second job, then pick up my husband to bring me back for 5:30/6pm to go back to my first job. It's company policy to keep the customer's key while their car is on the property. This is especially important in the winter. We had a customer take their keys and leave their vehicle here for a week. We couldn't move it during a snowstorm. After that incident, we don't make exceptions. As far as being rude, the conversation was less than 2 minutes long. You said "Give me a minute". You went outside to make a phone call and poked your head back in to say you would be back. Bought a brand new special order cap there. Had a long conversation about them doing the install right as it was over 3 hours away. Was assured it would be done correctly. Instead they did a hack job on the wiring. Another day off of work and travel time to get it repaired. Was told the second trip would be on them. Got nothing. Should have fixed it myself.

After having spent nearly $800 on 2 remote car starters we were charged $50 to reset the remote after a battery change. Poor customer service!

If you’re looking for great service done in a timely manner for a good price these are this is the place. I don’t let anyone else work on my vehicles. The crew at auto city has fully customized two of my trucks and I am beyond satisfied. They do it all!
One of the easiest places in town to work with! Dropped off a pile of used plow parts and they had it installed in a couple hours.. couldnt be happier..
