Anytime I call the office for service I’m greeted with helpful positive attitude. Rafa arrived in only 20 minutes for emergency resupply call and did a fantastic job restocking like always. Impeccable product knowledge and brings a smile and positive attitude. Always a joy to have him help us out. Thanks Rafa and auto-chlor team!
Been with them 10 months. They don’t keep track the payments that business paid on cash and made business pay still. I’m stuck with them 5 years due to contract, this sucks. I would not recommend for using their services. It’s expensive, machine is not consistence, customer service is way too weird. All they care is money.
