5/8 and 5/9/26. I don’t remember the name of the gentleman who helped me both days. Overall, including the office manager, the service was excellent. I have 2 cars and was confused with which one the DMV considered late for registration and needing to be smogged. The gentleman and office manager took the time to straighten it out for me. Upon my return today, I was in and out within 15 mins. I greatly appreciate their help and service. Thank you!!
They are completely incompetent. Furthermore their staff is extremely rude with horrible service. I called them to see if they would do a smog On my specific car and they said yes. I show up and take half day of work off and they informed me that they don’t do small checks on certain years of my car. When I asked why they said they can’t see anything. They’re a bunch of incompetent rude jerks. Highly recommend going elsewhere.
Been bringing my '89 jeep here for smog check since I bought it new. Still completely stock exhaust system and have never had a problem passing sniffer test - EVER. Pull in yesterday and after a minute the tech says he can't smog it because the cat isn't original. Says you can see the cut marks where it was replaced (the underneath of the car looks like a 37-year old car; all original parts and welds).
