Very nice people & company! Excellent customer service! Explained everything that was wrong w/ my vehicle, how they would repair it and the costs associated. Very rare for a car mechanic to be so patient. Reasonable repair costs as well. Recommend to my Katy peeps!
Called to ask cost to replace timing belt. Was told they would either charge me $70 to run a diagnostics check (which may or may not be deducted if I went ahead with replacement)- the car has nearly 100,00 miles and you are meant to replace then. Or, if I paid for an oil change she would do a 21 point inspection and be able to tell me if the timing belt needed changed! Seriously? I wish we could tell if it's going to break or not, they must have diagnostics down there no-one else has lol!
I had to some some alignment/suspension work and they were great! They gave me loaner when they had to keep mine for a few hours, my four year loved their waiting area, they showed me exactly what they had to fix, and they gave me back my car clean and the interior wiped down. Thanks Khrystina!
OMG where to start I was in a scary accident thought my car was going to be totaled out! the staff at Elite Auto Care was so sweet so honest really good people honest people who want to help people get back into their vehicles they did an awesome job and fixing my car I will always recommend them I'm very pleased with their service.

We were referred to Auto Elite from the guys at Discount Tire. I am so glad they told us about Auto Elite! We have taken several vehicles (F150 & Dodge Ram 1500) to them for repair and they have gone over an above to provide excellent service. It is so difficult to find a good people you can trust. I cannot recommended them highly enough. If you need auto service they are the ones to choose. You will be glad you did! They even provide free shuttle service when you drop off your vehicle.
