I heard about the shop from the owner of the property, which i was working on it in lake forest, he fixed his SL 2011 after the accidence. Hehehe now i just pick up my dodge sprinter after the painting the whole body, and looks better than new, but is still not SL500 hehehe. I really highly recomended Auto Center of Des Plaines, they are very professional and very heplfull with resonal prices. Misha :)
I recently got into a car accident and was referred to this shop. They had to fix the entire front of my car (the work was extensive). They were very professional and personable. It was done in a timely manner. When I picked it up it looked like new. This is the only shop I will refer people to and the only one I will use!

I received my car after almost three weeks of being here after an accident. I noticed the next day- when it was light out- that there were four parallel dents above my passenger and driver side doors. They agreed to look at it and try to fix it, However when they realized how much work it was going to take they claimed they had no responsibility, and wouldnt help us! Do not let your insurance company recommend them to anyone.
The body shop is top of the line. The staff is very friendly and curtious. They have fixed many cars for me and I am extremely pleased. I always recommend them to my family and friends. The work they do is amazing. Cars look brand new and you cannot tell there was any previous damage. Best body shop in the world.
I just picked up my car from this shop. I was in a 4 car crash and the car was in bad shape. Auto Centers work is outstanding! I have had several cars repaired over my life and was always able to tell what was repaired (I am a perfectionist). They sure do great work, I cant tell anywhere on my car where it was repaired. Everything about the Auto Center of Des Plaines is top notch! Helpful, reliable and friendly staff . Very trustworthy and honest about their quotes and punctual when given time frames for the work to be done. The repair and repainting on our Infinity G35 was done beautifully . Looks like new! Thanks to Bob and his great staff!
What a great SateFarm Insurance body shop! They promised me the car in 6 days, I got it in 4. Past car places Ive been to didnt even come close to the service I got with this one! Perfect paint color match!!!
