Good experience and easy to work with. Got my oil change and tire rotation. Saved a lot money with my coupon and rewards. Coming back again for my next service
I have been a regular customer at this garage for 7 years for good reason. Most recently, the transmission on my Chevy Silverado died and the warranty company was not the easiest to deal with. Josh and Jonathan stayed on it, kept me updated, and worked hard to give me the best mechanical and financial outcome. These guys are great.
The manager Jonathan and I are in BNI together and not only did they get me in to the shop the same day I called but they were able to give me a courtesy car for the time they had my car. They got it all fixed up and back to me before the holiday weekend which was much appreciated!! Definitely recommend!!
Finding unexpected repairs is never pleasing, especially after just buying a car, but Josh and Sean at Auto Care Plus made taking this news much easier! By presenting realistic and cost effective solutions to the needs of my vehicle they helped keep money in my pocket without making any sacrifices to the quality of work. If you feel technicians at your current auto shop don’t take the time to hear your needs I’d recommend working with Auto Care Plus! Clean, professional, and fast service.
I specifically want to leave a review for the new location in South Merrimack, but it doesn't look like that one is established on Google yet. I had a great experience bringing my car there, despite the bad news about a big issue that had unfortunately gone unnoticed by other mechanics prior to this.
