They were able to diagnose and fix my vehicle's issue right away. Bill was great with the communication, and my truck was ready before I returned from my trip. Very thorough and professional.
I no longer trust this shop, and haven't been for many years. I am writing this review because I continue to receive mailers from them monthly, despite me asking them to stop they have ignored me. I think they look for problems and any chance to pad the bill. Last time I actually went there, I did not trust their diagnosis and the trust was broken. Very nice, polite, and are able to handle bad news with grace. We were told our car wasn't safe to drive (its 20+ years, kind of no surprise) but they were very patient and handled telling us the bad news with kindness and poise. Would absolutely recommend to others!
