I had a vehicle inspection performed, the technician took my vehicle at the time it was scheduled, the wait was short and they even attached the registration labels for me, thank you Auto care pkus.
I have had wonderful experiences at Auto Care Plus in Merrimack. All of the employees have been friendly and helpful, I love the updates via text and the coupons they offer. Quick service as well, I always get my car back on the same day. I’ll definitely keep returning!
I have nothing but positive things to say about this shop. Although my original appointment had to be moved. These gentlemen were nothing but helpful through this process. Constant commutation about what work needed to be done, how long it would take, even gave me best advice of what I should do. And I can say from someone who 1. Is female and 2. Had a transmission problem on Sunday on Monday brought my vehicle to Autocare with no appointment and never been there. The staff were very helpful, courteous and helped me right away. One day turn around for a transmission was very impressive as again I had no appointment. Highly recommend this auto shop.
