great shop – Auto Care was great. I had a very bad experience at another shop when my car was damaged previously. So I was very nervous when I had another accident. I am so glad to say that Auto Care East took care of my car. They were professional , honest, and very nice. They explained everything to me, (I don't know much about cars) and made me feel very comfortable. The work was done when promised and the car looks great.
Love the new update system!! I was sent or text (my choice) During the repairs. I was never left in the dark I love Auto Care East.

They really care about their customers – I can't say enough good things about the people and service at auto care east. I have been bring my cars there for years. They have always treated me great. I don't know a lot about cars but I trust them so much. They really try to take care of their customers. I wouldn't bring my cars anywhere else.
Fast and Cheap – The dealer gave me an estimate to replace my front brake pads and rotors. Auto Care was able to do the job using factory parts faster and a less cost.
Great Work! – I brought my mid sized Suv here after getting into my very first accident (fortunately not my fault :) I had no idea what to expect and how the whole process would even work with insurance, etc... These guys were all so helpful and friendly and took care of everything with the insurance company - I literally did nothing. I just picked my car up and it looks perfect! FAST & RELIABLE – I brought my car here twice and both times it was quick and easy! they worked with my insurance and i was extremely happy with the results. dave was the guy i worked with, he was really informative and helpful-i would definately recommend
My car looks and runs great – I brought in my car cause it was damaged in a collision. Auto Care took care of it including the insurance details. The car runs and looks great now.
