They put a passenger side mirror on for me the first time I went there, then I took it in again to find out why my air bag icon kept coming on (after I had allready gotten an answer and estimate from the dealer). They agreed with the dealer on the diagnosis, but said the estimate was way too high. They also alerted me to the fact there have been many of the same complaint and there may be a recall on this item. Mike told me who to contact about it and I did. I was in trouble with a car I recently bought in Winchester, was on my way home to Front Royal when I realized the parking brake was dragging, and my rear brakes were getting scorching hot, and tighter by the minute. I pulled up past closing time, nowhere else to go, brakes smoking and stinking up the place. Bill stayed well past closing time and helped me get back on the road safely, and wouldn't even accept payment. I had a few days to go til payday, stretched pretty thin.
