By far my best car buying experience. We went in knowing which car we wanted to test. After a test drive we decided we wanted to purchase the vehicle. Price negotiation went well and they took my trade which was in pretty bad shape. I drove my new car off the lot same day. There was a slight problem with the paperwork and they fixed it and were apologetic for the mistake. Excellent experience. I would recommend to everyone!
Bought a 2017 impala from here. 9k, put 1200 down. Not even a month and the transmission is already slipping, and I have an oil leak. I tried getting you guys to fix it because it was still under the 30 day warranty. You are refusing to fix it claiming I am “imagining things” and “I want an excuse to take back my purchase” I never said I want to take back the truck I just want my damn transmission fixed. Now you are refusing to take my phone calls. If you don’t resolve this I will see you in court. Terrible place.
My experience with everyone at Auto Cape was (and continues to be) very good. Not high pressure sales! I was able to take a car to my mechanic for inspection prior to making an offer. There was a repair needed to the exhaust, which Auto Cape took care of prior to me buying the car. After my purchase, there was an issue with one of the headlights. Excellent experience with Mike & Dusan at AutoCape. Rare to see honest used car dealers these days. Would certainly recommend these guys to anyone looking for a used car on the Cape.
Auto Cape crew has by far exceeded my car buying experience expectations. Dusan, the salesman was super patient, knowledgeable, and always available to answer my “one thousand” questions before choosing the right first vehicle for my teenage daughter.
