I call these guys up, I know they have the part I need because I just bought one from my mechanic in North Vancouver. I'm stuck in Port Moody needing a brake caliper. Jeff from the Burnaby shop tells me they don't sell the part which is untrue. I have one with they're marking on it. Then he tells me I sound like I'm from the public and at that point all he can say over and over again is "we don't deal with the public, we don't deal with the public".
