RecommendedI've been dealing with Auto By Rent for 3 years now and I love the people they make you feel at home. I would recommend people to buy your car from there special shoutout to Kirk and Mandie.
Management is a creep. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate. I was there with my mom trying to purchase a vehicle, as I am 7 months pregnant and needed something reliable for myself and soon to be child- the MANAGER was hitting on me and my mom. Now I unfortunately have to deal with him every week to make my car payments. Cringe worthy... they need a way to pay online. I refuse to pay in person or even speak to him on the phone.
Won't fix anything! And flat calls you a liar! Don't!
I love Auto by Rent!! I too lost my mom and I missed work as well but I have my priorities straight and guess what I still paid my car payment it called responsibility so don't be mad at people doing their job cause they have car payments too! Just saying!
My mom past away and I was out of work for awhile got behind on my car talk to Jim and told him I was sending a check to them to catch it up and come home from work what do u no there is dewayne and some girl loading it up to tow!!! That was bull crap and sorry as crap!!!! Everytime I called to talk to darrel he was always gone or on the phone,seem to me he was dodging me!!!!!!!
