I traded the car I bought with this company and they continued to draft my account. After being told I will receive a call with an explaination several times (and not getting a phone call) I stopped by the office to bring paperwork and clear up the matter. I was immediately yelled at and demeaned in the lobby. The person I spoke with, Nancy, refused to let me speak with a manager. Haven't had the car for 30 days and thought that regardless to the year Limited warranty you still have 30 to decided on if u wanted the car ...well i was wrong on day 25 my heat went out ..now mind u when i had my tire pressure light on they sent it straight to there mechanics and they got the light turned off but when i asked my sister to call and see if they could fix my heat inspite of me having the car under 30 days they said the could but I WOULD have to pay .So i woke up early today to talk to they guy who hand picks ... read more
