Customer Services is First Class..
I received my car back and could see one area where it was touched up. My car was not as clean as I thought it would be. The day I bought it, it looked amazing. This time I believe between the service and auto butler it was sent to a windshield place and it is dirty. I just picked it up yesterday.
NO STARS!!!!!! WORST SCAM EVER! I WAS SCAMMED BY LEXUS IN MOBILE TO PURCHASE AUTO BUTLER!!!! THEY DO NOT EVEN EXIST! I MOVED TO JACKSONVILLE AND NO ONE HERE AVAILABLE TO SERVICE MY CAR BY AUTO BUTLER. MY BRAND NEW LEXUS WAS PARKED UNDER A TREE WITH AUTO BUTLER AND NO ONE HAS BEEN ABLE TO REMOVE THE SAP FROM MY CAR. I HAVE BEEN ASKED TO DRIVE 5 HOURS TO WHERE I PURCHASED THE VEHICLE TO GET SERVED BY AUTO BUTLER!!!! WHAT!!!!! LEXUS MOBILE - YOU FAILED!
