I my vehicle to get an inspection,it failed. The fact the vehicle failed the inspection was not the issue. The issue at hand involves negligence, lack of customer service skills, unprofessionalism, and adding repair charges to an original quoted price that was not authorized. Love this place! Been going for years. Very honest! Lived in Norfolk all my life then moved to VA Beach..I will still make the commute to go there. Support smaller businesses!
I've never had more aggravation from a service industry. I can understand having a rough demeanor however literally calling my car a POS is just rude and uncalled for.
Inspection only! Took vehicle to have repairs done on late model vehicle. Kept for over 2 months. Cost $1500. Backfired all the way home. Husband is furious! Can I rate it less than one star?
DON'T GO THERE! Ruined my rear brakes like another customer here. Found out they had used wrong parts for the vehicle and installed them wrong too! Took NO responsibility - just a lot of lip.
They screwed up my rear brakes on 3 occasions charge me refuse to refund any money I paid them or a portion of the 1300$ repair bill from another shop
They are a very dirty business. Avoid them at all costs. They use to be very reputable but the people they have in there now have messed up many peoples cars that I know. They "fix" the problem and do very lazy work for it to be broken soon after.
