My car went here twice for two different accidents. My car came out of the first one far from pre accident condition as they guarantee and the handling of the car when driving was a very unstable after the repairs.The second accident my car was returned with no fluids in it or ac. My car had minor damage on my front bumper on July 2, 2022. I contacted *** and explained the situation. *** made an appointment with Mike's Auto Body Shop in *******, ** on July 8, 2022, for an estimate. The employee ************************* provided me with the original estimate and I informed ***. We agreed to make an appointment for August 8, 2022, for the repair. Very friendly, informative, professional. Excellent work (2019 Acura ILX Premium). The car was returned in a better than new condition. Efficient at resolution of unforeseen parts discrepancies. It is a shame more satisfied customers don't take the time to give Mike's Auto Body their due props!

My vechicle was in for repair and was told that the passenger side headlights also needed to be replaced even though it was not damaged by the accident.(tech said it got damaged while they were inspecting the vechicle)While driving in the evening, I realized the driver side headlights that was damaged by the accident was inoperable. My observation they replaced the driverside headlight but stated they had replaced both to rack up the vechicle cost to repair. Shady business practice

Disaster! Mistake after mistake after mistake. Took my car in to be repaired after an accident. They call to tell me my car is ready. Upon picking it up, I walked around the car to check out the repairs. Some of the repairs were not completed. How do you miss not completing all repairs?!?! Unacceptable!!! Not to mention, there was gunk all over the trim from one of the repairs. Small details matter. Go back the next day to find that all repairs are done. Seems okay right? Took almost 3mo to fix my car, and I still have issues, after repainting car 4 times I still have issues and they will not fix anymore of there mistakes. There lifetime guarantee is a joke They won’t stand by it they will tell you your car is to old or it’s not that bad lol. I have had issues with two of their locations 3 times and Had issues every time, I will never return my cars there again.

Awful, careless work and so so service Brought in four loose wheels and tires to be roadforce balanced. Had the work completed for $130 +/-. Mounted the wheels at home and tq lugs to spec/sequence as I always have without issue (per FSM). Tires had a noticeable vibration at freeway speed. We had our first son a couple days later so it took me a couple weeks to get time to bring the vehicle back. When I told them of the issues they told me they would re balance them.
