We rented a Cadillac Escalade for a family trip, and the vehicle was already waiting for us when we arrived at Fort Myers International Airport (RSW). Outstanding experience from start to finish. I rented a Cadillac Escalade ESV and a BMW X5, with delivery at Opa Locka Executive Airport and pickup from Miami Beach Marina. I had an amazing experience renting the Mercedes Benz G63 in Miami. The Car was in excellent condition, what really stood out delivery was smooth, Professional people and very accommodating from start to finish. The owner personally delivered the G63 to Miami International Airport, he was amazing and extremely professional, I did return the car to 1Hotel South Beach with no issues. Worse Experience EVER, booked a full size SUV 2 weeks in advance on December 18th to be picked up on Dec 27th for 180$ for 3 days, went to pickup the car, the guy at front desk not acknowledging my Credit Card CDW coverage and forcing to buy all insurance which came out to 1200USD inclusive of rental, just insane, says take it or leave it. This company just trying to take advantage due to holiday car rental rush. Save your time , money and disappointment with this 3rd class company.
