Awful experience!! I went on a rainy day and so I did not notice the car was covered in scratches until the next day. Along with that the windshield has a chip the seats are ripped in back s behind passenger chair ( which I didn’t notice since I didn’t sit in backseat) my mistake for going in the rain and trusting in a dealership to be honest. What kind of shady, underhanded place of business makes a verbal agreement with a client over the phone then sells the vehicle out from under them? Carrying on conversations via phone throughout the day, advising the client that you will make sure the paperwork is all filled out and ready for them to sign. Never once advising them that they need to make any kind of deposit to "hold" the vehicle.
