These guys agreed to sell me a vehicle on a Friday, I purchased insurance and sent all the documents to them and told them that my lender will wire them funds within 5 days. On Monday I spoke to their salesperson to confirm that everything is good; he assured me that the manager has pulled the car from the market. On day 3, they sold the vehicle to someone else. Needless to say, this dealership is committing shady business practices; I wasted my time and money only for them not to honor the agreement they signed with me.
I recently bought a 2023 Volkswagen ID.4 from this dealership and couldn’t be happier with the experience. I came in looking at a few different options, but the ID.4 really stood out. Anthony, my salesman, was super friendly, patient, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. The finance team was also great — they were willing to work with me and remove the extra add-ons they initially presented, which I really appreciated. Loving the car so far and definitely recommend checking them out!
