It was a great experience with no reason to complain
Unfortunately I did not have a good purchasing experience with this company. I ordered a $200 toolbox on Nov 24th. After two weeks I reached out to the company (there was no contact during that time) and they indicated that the delivery date was Dec 29th. Dec 29th came and went and I reached out to the company again and they indicated the delivery date had been changed to Jan 6th. Their products are not the greatest. I got a rotisserie from them a few years ago. And every time I use it, I regret buying this thing.It's just terribly built, and i've had nothing but issues.
