The staff was kind and helpful and the estimate they did was fair and accurate. When working on my car they found further damage than what they could see during the estimate, they were clear in communication and were able to finish the added work in a timely manner. Definitely recommend to anyone in the Moscow/Pullman area.
Overall, it was a good experience. The inspection was straightforward, and body work was done in a timely manner. Staff was kind and helpful.
Did an excellent job replacing the windshield on my vehicle. Great work and easy to communicate with. Update: Had an accident which required some moderate repairs, and the gentlemen here did an amazing job. The car looks great, and the service was the best I've ever had.
They are very slow and don't communicate with what's going on with your vehicle or how long it will take.
Super guys in front! Treated my family like we were their own, made us a good deal with grandsons truck that was towed there..Thx, Marc, we will remember you!
