Worse shop ever. It looks abandoned when you see it in person. They use old parts even when your insurance pays for new ones. They lie all day and keep your car for months with no explanation. They dont take accountability for the mistakes they make either. Check my review on ****** and youll see the pictures of my car, receipts, and voice recordings from what my insurance paid them and what I paid out of pocket to get my car fixed after getting it back from them. Completely a horrible experience! I had to pay $1200 up front, and they didnt even fix the issue! My vehicle came out in worst condition than it went in with! They kept my vehicle for 3 weeks for something that should have been a 3-4 hour job. The communication is horrible, as I had to keep calling them to get a status, not them calling to keep me informed. They said that my vehicle was ready to pick up, and when I got there it was BAD! Had to end up having the vehicle towed to another shop to fix their s**** up!
They scam people. They replaced my windshield told me it would be an extra $200 for the heads up display windshield knowing they were using a cheap windshield that doesnt support heads up display. The ruined my 21 **** They will not honor their work. They should have refused my car instead of trying to get over on me because Im a woman thinking I wouldnt be able to tell a difference. Told me to take them to court so I will see ****** and ****** in court smh
