Absolutely terrible service would rate 0 stars if possible. Our family has taken multiple vehicles here as we have lived in Poway for five generations. Zero communication between staff, not one call back or update from shop as promised. No call with ETA when vehicle would be ready. No one can see updates on my vehicle except Vanessa who apparently doesn’t come in to work on time and takes her lunch early to avoid customers. Payment was made in full through Mercury insurance (both payments) and they held my car hostage and ca... read more
