Ryan Y from Auto Body Excellence was top notch at communicating, and working to meet my requests. They also have a portal to check status of the cars completion. And they are super busy. Cant take good service for granted. Prior to deciding to leVe my car here, I went around to several auto body places for a quote, several with 4+star ratings. All of them had awful customer service even one of them in El Cajon took three days to get me an estimate!!!@
My vehicle was taking here for repair and paint . My insurance recommend me here out of all the surrounding shop and I’m glad they did .. nice service and top notch work .. My car was ready to go on the date that was promised.. I would recommend to others !!! Awesome
Vanessa Brown at Auto body excellence said she would bash my business on next door if I didn't come pick up my car today. They were calling the wrong number and blaming me for not answering back. The person they were calling left a voicemail saying this is the wrong number but they still said I'm in the wrong. They do nothing but lie here over and over again. Run away from this place especially if you're a business owner.
The whole experience from start to finish was 100% excellent. The front office people were marvelous, extremely helpful, sensitive, thoughtful, and wonderful. Ryan Yatman handled all my service and issues and any issues that came up with the Insurance Company he handled for me. Always with a smile, patience, and took care of everything for me.
