I have been to Auto body 911 3 times now, and It is hands down the best auto body repair place in the Triangle. Mr Hobbs is very fair, trustworthy, and a sincere business man. He knows how to take care of you, and his technicians/magicians are the best I have ever seen. A shop that is not afraid to to do the little stuff with an amount of expertise that can spot the past mistakes of other repair shops. This is my firm recommendation to my loved ones when it comes to Auto Body Repairs.
Took my car to this place for repair, a month later the repair came apart,brought it back and was told it was done right the first time 😳IF IT WAS DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME I WOULDN'T BE HERE!!!!!!! Not to mention the first time when I came back to pick it up my glovebox was ramshackle and ALL my belongings were all in the floor and passenger seat. NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THIS PLACE!
Recommended by my insurance company Progressive, the entire process was seamless. They were able to get me in immediately which I was thankful for, Enterprise met me there at drop off took me to the rental. When my car was finished Enterprise dropped me back off, got my keys and was out the door. Very friendly staff would recommend to anyone and would go back myself in the future.
They went above and beyond the call of duty. Car looks like new. They will dance for you when you pick up the car.
