Bought a minivan from there- key from ignition didn’t match the door and I immediately was locked out as soon as I got home after purchasing. Had to pay a locksmith to program my fab and informed me that the key was wrong. Found all tires were mismatched and needed to be replaced immediately as well as front rotors. This is a company only interested in doing the bare minimum and seeing what they can get away with. Not to be trusted. I was totally impressed by the professionalism of the sales lady who assisted us with our used car purchase (a 2012 VW Tiguan)--I believe her name is Jessica. She gave us a great price, she was patient while we rounded up the money, she was friendly (not just to us but to other customers as well) and VERY easy to do business with, AND super efficient (all the sales paperwork only took about 20 minutes, she had it so well organized). I recently bought a used 2012 Volvo XC60 from this dealership on a Friday afternoon, sold "as is." Drove it home fine, but next morning—after ~30 miles—the check engine light popped on with P0430 code for a bad catalytic converter. Meineke mechanic said it seems the battery was disconnected pre-sale to clear OBD2 codes, hiding the issue temporarily. DTC's go "pending" after battery reset.
