Total and complete nightmare! Ive been told one lie after the next. I will never do business with these people again. My opinion is they have ZERO honor.
Shipped me the WRONG parts. They argued they were right. I sent photos of the WRONG PARTS!!! hardware sent was also WRONG type. No instructions with shipping. Terrible packing and shipping. Bumper and WRONG brackets were just tapped up to be shipped. Terrible time trying to get a refund. Can't understand half of what they are saying on the phone. Call center is in someones house and can hear kids screaming in background!! Terrible experience. Hope I get my money back!
Don't plan for your parts to be delivered when they say. I called and was told parts would be here Wednesday. They didn't ship until Thursday. Very tough language barrier.
