Auto Club customers can just drop off their cars with a claim number from Auto Club. We are a "Desk Review" shop. They send us the assignment and we upload an estimate with photos and start the job. Farmers Insurance customers can drop their cars off as well. We are a "Shop of Choice" program shop for Farmers. This also includes Bristol West & 21st Century Insurance. My beautiful SKY was hit by a brute of a car that backed right into her front right side. Luckily, the guy had great insurance (thank you Allstate) and Dan, Rene and all the guys at Auto-B-Craft put her back together and she looks good as new! I'm not happy about my car being damaged but I am stoked I found a great body shop that does fantastic work quickly and professionally. Hopefully, I'll never have to see them again but should some jackass hit my car-at least I won't have to worry about where to take her. Dan's the Man!
I have taken my car to Auto B Craft three times and each time my car has come back to me looking like new. The last time was just today. My baby looks like it just came off the showroom floor. Dan and his team does great work. Not only do they do,great work but his prices are fair and reasonable. This last thing is very important to me because most places try to gouge women.
Great people and great service. I'm in the auto industry (aftermarket manufacturer) so it's important to have a trustworthy shop to bring projects through. The team here have never let me down.
I had a no fault collision to the right side of my '71 El Camino. I was referred to Auto-B-craft because of their work on classic cars. While there, I had the car painted complete. The owner and staff were all courteous and professional. The El Camino looks like new.
If you haven't been here, you are missing out! You can not find better service anywhere!
I highly recommend this place. My Lexus came out like nothing happened. Coming back with my dad's accord soon. Thanks Dan and their employees!!!!
